I gave them the listing and within two weeks I had a contract; pretty amazing for this market. And because of their extensive analysis, I was pleased with the selling price.
In addition, a problem came up with the zoning classifications for the property. If it had not been for Gary’s knowledge of dealing with the city of Chicago and his perseverance in dealing with the issue, the sale would not have happened. I’m positive that most agents would not have known how to resolve this issue.
